We don’t know who this man is. He is rumoured to be studying politics and have shadowy connections to the SRC/Student Media underworld. All we know is that a sealed package bearing his insignia, containing $4000 in cash, a bloodstained treasure map, and an ancient document in a cryptic script wound up on the doorstep of the On Dit offices. We blew the money on trinkets and caviar and lost the treasure map, but have been painstakingly translating the document and printing it in On Dit.
